A decisive
advantage of the FBE-technique is as well
that there is no scrap. Edges and
allowances are, if required, produced at
the same time so that no additional
operation is necessary. Any combination
of wire diameters (5 - 16 mm) can be
welded.
Plant-components:
A fully
automatic welding plant for the
production of reinforcing elements
consists of the main-components electric
pay-off-device, wire feeding device,
straightening and cutting
machines
with rotary units, welding machine and
channeling unit. Up to six pay-offs
uncoil the wire. The subsequent
straightening and cutting machines, one
for longitudinal rods, another for cross
rods, straighten the wire from coil and
cut the rods into individual lengths. Two
shifting devices displace the rods in
length and cross direction and put them
in the planned welding position. The
welding machine sets the welding points
where necessary. Additionally, lattice
girders
can be welded onto the produced
reinforcing elements. The complete
process is fully automated.
Production
data:
Up to 400
m2 flexible reinforcing
elements are produced per hour.
Advantages:
Reinforcing
elements are produced fully automatically
and without scrap. This is valid not only
for the outer edges but also for recesses.
Due to automatization, the composition of
reinforcing elements out of standard
panels by hand is no longer necessary -
the result is a reduction of expensive
manual work and personnel costs. Further,
storage-area for standard panels can be
saved.
It is also
possible to use the straightening and
cutting machine for the manufacture of
other, external reinforcing elements.
Optional
Equipment:
Extra
equipment such as a wide range of
handling and storing systems is
available, e.g. an automatic lattice
girder welding device for the welding of
upper and lower bars onto the
prefabricated reinforcing elements.
